Executive Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our Partner in the NY office. This is a dynamic role that requires a strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning for senior executives. They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to maintain and develop relationships with external client contacts and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the Executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Prepare and draft documents, reports, and presentations
- Act as a business partner in driving initiatives forward on behalf of the Executive
- Plan and schedule domestic and international travel itineraries for the Executive
- Track expenses and prepare corresponding reports
- Maintain and develop relationships with external client contacts and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with the broader administrative team on process improvements and streamlining workflow
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of administrative support experience, including operational and strategic support
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in project management and relationship management
- Strong detail-orientation and organizational skills
- Ability to proactively collaborate with team members but also solve problems independently
