We are in search of a skilled Information Systems Analyst to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all analytical requirements for the organization, which includes database management and reporting duties.

This position operates Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential travel up to 10%.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the MIS director on the administration of computer systems.
  • Work alongside the MIS director and management to evaluate and develop reporting requirements.
  • Effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with all staff members.
  • Coordinate assigned service requests to ensure completion according to departmental standards.
  • Ensure timely state reporting that meets or exceeds regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the MIS director and management in maintaining data integrity within the computer system.
  • Engage in projects related to information system services.
  • Conduct necessary data and file maintenance.
  • Support the development of the electronic medical records system.
  • Document and maintain a comprehensive notebook for all work processes.
  • Provide backup helpdesk support as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Utilization Review team to address data inefficiencies within the system.
  • Work with vendors to obtain quotes and procure equipment as requested by the MIS Director.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in an information systems discipline.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in information systems.
  • Experience with behavioral health software (such as Credible) and/or familiarity with security matrices or rights is preferred.
  • A valid driver's license, a driving record in compliance with Meridian's policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance are required.
