Key Responsibilities

As an ERP Application Analyst, you will leverage your technical knowledge and user insights to enhance the ERP system for our employees. Your role will be crucial in providing continuous support for the ERP and associated applications, ensuring they adapt to the evolving demands of the organization.

  • Engage with management and users to ascertain current and future operational processes and requirements, clarifying system objectives for projects of varying complexity.
  • Analyze, review, and adjust application configurations to meet changing business needs.
  • Develop and implement test scripts and scenarios.
  • Assess existing operational processes, define objectives, interpret organizational requirements, and create functional and technical specifications across departments.
  • Deliver daily functional support for the ERP and related systems, including analysis and configuration tasks.
  • Utilize industry-standard business analysis methodologies to enhance business processes, including requirements gathering, use case development, process mapping, and test plan creation.
  • Collaborate with end-users to validate functional processes and system workflows.
  • Draft comprehensive functional specification documents and share knowledge with IT development and support teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, management information systems, or computer science.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in a business analyst role, focusing on gathering, analysis, application design, testing, and supporting enterprise-level ERP systems in areas such as finance, order management, procurement, production planning, or supply chain management.
  • Ability to collect and interpret relevant data and present findings to management in accessible terms.
  • Experience with integrated systems in a manufacturing context.
  • Strong logical, critical, and constructive thinking skills to address complex problems, communicate analysis findings, and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
  • Capability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-management skills.
  • Proven experience in analyzing, optimizing, and documenting intricate business processes.
  • Provide day-to-day and on-call second-tier support for end-user applications as necessary.
  • Experience with IFS ERP and Crystal Reports is preferred.

Work Environment
