Key Responsibilities

As an ERP Systems Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to optimize the ERP system for our internal teams. Your role will be crucial in providing continuous support for ERP applications, ensuring they evolve with the business's requirements.

  • Engage with management and users to determine current and future operational needs, clarifying project objectives for complex initiatives.
  • Analyze and adjust application settings to meet the dynamic needs of the organization.
  • Develop and implement testing scripts and scenarios.
  • Assess existing operational workflows, define objectives, interpret organizational needs, and create functional and technical specifications across departments.
  • Deliver daily functional support for ERP and related systems, including analysis and configuration tasks.
  • Utilize industry-standard methodologies for business analysis, enhancing processes through requirement gathering, use case development, process mapping, and test planning.
  • Collaborate with end-users to validate functional processes and system workflows.
  • Draft comprehensive functional specification documents and share knowledge with IT development and support teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, management information systems, or computer science.
  • A minimum of four years of experience in a business analyst capacity, including requirement gathering, analysis, application design, testing, and support of enterprise-level ERP systems in areas such as finance, order management, procurement, production planning, or supply chain.
  • Proficient in gathering and interpreting data, presenting findings to management in accessible terms.
  • Experience with integrated systems in a manufacturing context.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and propose effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Capability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-management skills.
  • Proven track record in analyzing, optimizing, and documenting intricate business processes.
  • Provide daily and on-call second-tier support for end-user applications as necessary.
  • Experience with IFS ERP and Crystal Reports is preferred.

Work Environment

This position is based in an office setting, reporting to the ERP Systems Manager. The work schedule follows a standard Monday to Friday format.
