Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a marketing position, ideally in a coordinator or assistant role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for producing engaging content.
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management applications.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Core Responsibilities:

1. **Campaign Strategy and Implementation:** Design, execute, and assess marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. Ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of all campaigns.

2. **Content Development:** Create and curate captivating content for various marketing materials, such as blog articles, social media posts, email newsletters, brochures, and advertisements. Generate high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.

3. **Social Media Oversight:** Manage and enhance our social media presence by crafting and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to inquiries, and analyzing performance metrics. Stay informed about social media trends and best practices.

4. **Event Coordination:** Organize and execute marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities. Oversee event logistics, manage registrations, and provide on-site support as necessary.

5. **Market Analysis:** Conduct market research to uncover industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Analyze findings to offer actionable recommendations for marketing strategies and campaigns.

6. **Performance Analytics and Reporting:** Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Prepare regular reports summarizing key metrics, insights, and suggestions for optimization. Utilize data to assess the impact of marketing efforts and inform decision-making.

7. **Collateral Management:** Oversee the creation, distribution, and inventory of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items. Ensure all materials are current and consistent with brand guidelines.

8. **Vendor Collaboration:** Partner with external vendors, agencies, and partners to coordinate marketing activities, such as printing, advertising, and promotional items. Ensure timely delivery and quality of services.

9. **Budget Oversight:** Prepare and manage the marketing budget by tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring cost-effective spending. Provide regular updates on budget status and forecasts.

10. **Brand Enhancement:**
  • **Brand Strategy:** Formulate and implement brand strategies that boost brand awareness and loyalty. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
  • **Brand Guidelines:** Uphold and enforce brand guidelines to maintain consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging.
  • **Brand Campaigns:** Plan and execute brand-building campaigns that emphasize the company's mission, values, and unique selling propositions. Monitor and evaluate the impact of these campaigns on brand perception.
  • **Customer Experience:** Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure that customer interactions reflect the brand's values and messaging.
  • **Strategic Partnerships:** Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships that can enhance the brand's visibility and reputation.
