IT Support Specialist

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to become a part of our team. In this role, you will assist in resolving technology-related challenges for our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer technical support for both hardware and software issues
- Address client concerns through phone, in-person, or digital communication
- Suggest enhancements for hardware and software systems
- Monitor and document customer inquiries, solutions, and escalations (using a Ticketing System)
- Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar platforms
- Implement Windows 10 images using SCCM
- Experience in desktop hardware/software repair and installation
- Manage the disposal of outdated technology
- Maintain IT equipment inventory
- 2 - 5 years of experience in a desktop support role
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in IT and customer service
- Ability to establish rapport with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional and positive attitude
