Primary Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy and Implementation: Design, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, social media, email, and print. Ensure timely and budget-conscious execution of all campaigns.
2. Content Development: Create and curate captivating content for diverse marketing materials, such as blog articles, social media posts, email newsletters, brochures, and advertisements. Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
3. Social Media Oversight: Manage and enhance our social media presence by generating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to inquiries, and analyzing performance metrics. Stay informed about social media trends and best practices.
4. Event Coordination: Organize and execute marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities. Handle event logistics, manage registrations, and support on-site operations as required.
5. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to uncover industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights. Analyze findings to provide actionable recommendations for marketing strategies and campaigns.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Prepare regular reports summarizing key metrics, insights, and suggestions for improvement. Utilize data to evaluate marketing effectiveness and inform decision-making.
7. Collateral Management: Oversee the creation, distribution, and inventory of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items. Ensure all materials are current and adhere to brand guidelines.
8. Vendor Collaboration: Partner with external vendors, agencies, and partners to coordinate marketing activities, such as printing, advertising, and promotional items. Ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
9. Budget Oversight: Prepare and manage the marketing budget by tracking expenditures, processing invoices, and ensuring cost-effective spending. Provide regular updates on budget status and forecasts.
10. Brand Development:
- Brand Strategy: Formulate and implement brand strategies that boost brand awareness and loyalty. Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Brand Guidelines: Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure uniformity in visual identity, tone, and messaging.
- Brand Campaigns: Plan and execute brand-building campaigns that showcase the company's mission, values, and unique selling propositions. Assess the impact of these campaigns on brand perception.
