Your Responsibilities:

Marketing Initiatives:
  • Social Media Management: Enhance and oversee our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, showcasing your creative skills.
  • Customer Engagement: Assist in executing customer appreciation initiatives featuring branded merchandise, gift baskets, and seasonal surprises.
Sales Development:
  • Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with Account Executives to discover and pursue new sales leads through innovative strategies such as referrals and outreach.
  • Sales Organization: Maintain an organized sales pipeline by documenting opportunities, tracking customer timelines, and updating our systems.
  • Proposal Development: Support the creation of persuasive proposals and cost estimates that impress our clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside our internal teams (service desk, sales, marketing, engineering) to fulfill and exceed customer expectations.
Customer Support & Project Assistance:
  • IT Service Desk Support: Provide backup assistance to our IT Service Desk team.
  • Client Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding service on client interactions, creating tailored solutions and resolving issues effectively.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in our on-call rotation, offering support during select weekends and off-hours.
  • Field Support: Travel to various sites to assist with testing, customer support, and help during peak periods.
