Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales quotas and revenue growth targets.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts, sales reports, and other documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client needs and drive business growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5 years of consultative sales experience in retail/commercial construction or related industry sales experience.
  • Travel: Nationwide travel required as needed.
  • Skills: Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet. Experience using Salesforce (or related software) a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Construction, or related field preferred.
