About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Lead Management Operations team at Amazon Web Services. As a TPM, you will play a critical role in defining the vision to enable marketer efficiency through the use of GenAI services, leading highly visible technical initiatives with global business stakeholders, and working across dedicated and partner product and engineering teams to build systems that innovate on the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the vision to enable marketer efficiency through the use of GenAI services

  • Work across dedicated and partner product and engineering teams to build systems that innovate on the customer experience
  • Drive discovery to support highly strategic marketing initiatives to accelerate growth for the global business
  • Be responsible for diving deep into technical systems, including first party services, as well as third-party marketing and sales systems
  • Define strategy, build, and execute roadmaps for the programs you own
  • Use your strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, and ability to multitask to deliver results
  • Manage contingent worker program spend across multiple teams

Lead Management Operations is revolutionizing the way AWS Sales and Marketing interacts with customers. We're building a complete revenue automation experience that streamlines and supports the way a customer moves through their purchasing journey. With a holistic and transactional data ingestion platform and extensible services, powered with Generative AI, Project Lorem is innovating the way AWS helps its customers scale their business through the cloud.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 2+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams

The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market.
