The Ll Oefentherapie team offers a unique opportunity to design and manage a comprehensive suite of cloud services tailored for a multi-tenant environment.

We are dedicated to delivering top-tier cloud solutions that address the pressing challenges faced by our clients.

This position is ideal for innovative, hands-on program managers who are eager to tackle complex issues in distributed cloud services and virtual infrastructure.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing systems that support our clients' essential applications. Your focus will be on the delivery of various cloud services, including migration and hybrid cloud solutions.

In this Lead Technical Program Manager position, you will collaborate with a diverse team that comprehends our business objectives, guiding us through the planning and design of technical solutions to address our challenges in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes influence over authority to drive project success.

Your responsibilities will include defining project scopes, planning and directing schedules while ensuring timely delivery of value; organizing and leading project meetings; preparing and distributing progress reports; managing risks and issues; correcting deviations from plans; and performing delivery planning for assigned projects.

You will oversee the project from initiation to delivery, coordinating interdepartmental activities to ensure project completion within budget and on schedule. You will assign and monitor the work of systems analysis and program staff, providing necessary technical support and guidance.

Collaboration with our partners in program and product management will be essential to understand our clients' needs and develop the right solutions that fulfill their business requirements.

You should possess exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong business acumen, and extensive experience working in hybrid teams.

You are a proactive technical leader with a proven track record of executing both strategically and tactically, and you are enthusiastic about embracing new projects.

Your strong interpersonal skills will include mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for cloud technology is essential. You will work closely with peers, developers, and clients to create effective solutions while continuously enhancing existing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience engaging with both business and technical teams at all levels, including executives.

Strong analytical, planning, and interpersonal skills to manage competing demands.

Deep understanding of business needs, with the ability to build and maintain high levels of customer trust and confidence.

Extensive experience with software development methodologies and a solid grasp of both Agile and traditional project management principles, blending them effectively to suit project and business environments.

Proficient in evaluating product performance metrics and diagnosing and resolving issues.

Experience in technical design discussions, with the ability to summarize complex trade-offs and options in presentations and documentation.

Aptitude for representing engineering perspectives to partner organizations, product teams, and executive leadership.

Ability to work across diverse teams and cultures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain roadmaps, setting appropriate expectations while upholding standards.

Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, unimpeded by ambiguity or conflicting priorities.

Contribute as a lead individual and team member, providing direction and mentoring as needed.

Manage additional obligations as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, technology management, business management, or a related field.

10+ years of experience as a hands-on technical program manager, preferably in a related sector.

Advanced knowledge of the complete product development lifecycle and experience in launching and operating customer-facing cloud services.

Proficient in effectively communicating findings and progress to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and broader organizations, engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Self-motivated problem solver, capable of adapting and thriving in a dynamic, customer-centric environment.

Highly analytical, technically adept, and quick to learn about new tools, software, and market opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:
