Role Overview:

As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you will spearhead significant initiatives across the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of projects, including substantial technical enhancements and the implementation of essential tools, processes, and metrics.

Your focus will be on standardizing operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining consistency. You will adeptly manage dependencies, assess technical risks, monitor progress, and uphold accountability for your projects while facilitating clear communication with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee cross-organizational infrastructure projects.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of pivotal programs, coordinating detailed functional plans and engaging with essential stakeholders.
  • Foster awareness of inter-dependencies across functions and prioritize execution plans to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Drive the planning and execution of critical programs within our core infrastructure, including areas such as Identity and Enterprise Technology.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver multiple technical programs across various teams and locations.
  • Contribute significantly to the agile practices and high-level planning processes.
  • Own and monitor KPIs for your programs and the technical infrastructure team.
  • Champion security, operational excellence, and process improvements throughout the organization.
  • Provide leadership for security initiatives aimed at enhancing our platform.
  • Utilize data and metrics to create clarity and facilitate decision-making through well-crafted narratives.

Qualifications:
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management within a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Perl.
  • Demonstrated success in managing technical programs within high-performance teams.
  • Experience with large-scale systems in rapidly evolving environments.
  • Familiarity with contemporary software development practices and technologies.
  • Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures, as well as security frameworks.
  • Ability to collaborate on threat modeling to enhance security outcomes.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation for this role ranges from $128,000 to $193,000 annually, with variations based on relevant experience and skills. Additional bonuses and stock options may be included in the compensation package, along with a comprehensive benefits offering.
