About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead the development of greenfield service initiatives that accelerate our global cloud business. As a key member of our Lead Management Operations organization, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to define and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your background in marketing and operations to define the vision for enabling marketer efficiency through the use of GenAI services.
  • Lead highly visible technical initiatives with global business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and customer experience.
  • Work across dedicated and partner product and engineering teams to build systems that innovate on the customer experience and develop a long-term architecture vision.
  • Drive discovery to support highly strategic marketing initiatives to accelerate growth for the global business.
  • Be responsible for diving deep into technical systems, including first-party services and third-party marketing and sales systems.
  • Define strategy, build, and execute roadmaps for the programs you own.
  • Use your strengths in problem-solving, issue-resolution, and multitasking to deliver results.
  • Manage contingent worker program spend across multiple teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 2+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
  • Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
  • Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
