- Lead highly visible technical initiatives with global business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and customer experience.
- Work across dedicated and partner product and engineering teams to build systems that innovate on the customer experience and develop a long-term architecture vision.
- Drive discovery to support highly strategic marketing initiatives to accelerate growth for the global business.
- Be responsible for diving deep into technical systems, including first-party services and third-party marketing and sales systems.
- Define strategy, build, and execute roadmaps for the programs you own.
- Use your strengths in problem-solving, issue-resolution, and multitasking to deliver results.
- Manage contingent worker program spend across multiple teams.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
- Experience in technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
