  • Level 2, you will play a crucial role in sustaining the mission.
Your extensive experience of over 10 years will be utilized to provide specialized analysis, strategic planning, conduct research, and evaluate information from diverse sources, making informed recommendations based on your findings.

As a member of a dynamic Staff Analyst Team, your responsibilities will include:

Demonstrated experience as an action officer or staff officer engaged in daily operations requiring interagency coordination and reporting among multiple government agencies and organizations. Proven experience in briefing and directly supporting high-ranking officials and senior executives.

Develop comprehensive technical project plans, policy documents, reports, and administrative updates.

Provide specialized analysis, conduct thorough research, or evaluate information from various sources and formulate recommendations based on the data.

Act as a liaison to a government department-level headquarters.
Ensure that critical information is communicated promptly.
Deliver subject matter expertise on the capabilities of the organization.
Remain responsive to organizational requirements as part of a small team within a government department-level headquarters.
Employ critical thinking to address complex challenges in a dynamic environment.

Gather, analyze, and assess data related to operations and organizations in support of force protection and identity data management initiatives.

Recommend mitigation strategies to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
Conduct link analysis on both new and existing networks to pinpoint access vectors and vulnerabilities.
Collaborate with other disciplines and partner organizations to produce thorough and reliable outputs.

Maintain an active understanding of relevant technologies and services while being prepared to incorporate emerging tools and procedures as necessary.

The analyst will have the opportunity to engage in additional responsibilities beyond the prescribed functions, becoming integrated and trained to support operational execution.

May mentor and review the work of less experienced professionals.
May develop and maintain analytical procedures to adapt to changing requirements.
Collect data using a combination of standard methods and business processes.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Participate in special projects as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience, either Military or Civilian Equivalent

Security Clearance Level:
Active TS/SCI clearance
Required Skills and Abilities: Leadership Experience, Special Operations Experience, Staff Experience, US Citizenship Required
