As a Technical Staff Analyst
  • Level 2, you will play a crucial role in sustaining the mission.
You will leverage your extensive experience to deliver specialized analysis, strategic planning, conduct thorough research, and assess information from diverse sources, providing recommendations based on your findings.

As part of a dynamic Staff Analyst Team, your responsibilities will include:

Engagement as an action officer or staff officer involved in daily operations requiring interagency coordination and reporting among multiple USG agencies and organizations (The Joint Staff, OSD, Civilian or IC agencies). Experience in briefing and directly supporting General and Flag level Officers and Senior Executives.

Developing technical project plans, policy drafts, reports, tasks, and administrative documentation.

Providing specialized analysis, conducting research, or evaluating information from various sources and making informed recommendations.

Acting as a liaison to a USG Department-level Headquarters.
Ensuring timely communication of critical information.
Offering subject matter expertise on customer capabilities.
Remaining responsive to requirements as part of a cohesive team within a USG Department-level Headquarters.
Applying critical thinking to address complex challenges in a dynamic setting.

Gathering, analyzing, and evaluating data related to operations and organizations in support of force protection and identity data management initiatives.

Recommending mitigation strategies to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
Performing link analysis on existing and new networks to uncover access points and vulnerabilities.
Collaborating with other disciplines and partner organizations to produce comprehensive and reliable outputs.

Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of relevant technologies and services while being prepared to incorporate emerging tools and methodologies as necessary.

The analyst will have the opportunity to engage in additional responsibilities beyond the outlined functions, becoming integrated and trained to support operational execution.

May mentor and review the work of less experienced professionals.
May develop and maintain analytical procedures to adapt to evolving requirements.
Collecting data using a combination of standard methods and business processes.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
Participating in special projects as required.
