Summary: SABG is currently seeking a highly skilled Technical Staff III – Senior Program Analyst to provide essential support to the USSF PMA Administrative Support team in Washington DC. This role is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the formulation, development, and oversight of personnel policies, guidance, programs, and legislative initiatives.
  • Contribute to the creation and integration of strategic narratives to effectively communicate and advocate for the USSF resource allocation plan, program objective memorandum, strategies, concepts, requirements, and partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver senior executive administrative support, which includes task management, product generation, calendar management, and familiarity with various military personnel systems.
  • Possess knowledge of US Airforce Reserves and Active Duty personnel actions, including recruiting, assignments, benefits, and career development.
  • Provide advisory support to the Chief Human Capital Officer regarding congressional liaison and engagements.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in office administration, personnel policy, and analysis. A background in military Personnel Systems Management is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in ETMS2, Comprehensive Cost and Requirements System (CCaR), SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in managing knowledge-related activities, including the management and accessibility of knowledge assets.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster collaboration in dynamic environments.
Skills
  • Proficient in standard office equipment and software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively in group settings.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret governmental regulations and effectively present information to various audiences.
