Responsibilities: As a Senior Survivability Technical Analyst professional with MTSI, you will provide technical guidance to support the development and test of advanced aircraft. You will interact daily with Air Force program managers and industry subject matter experts across multiple domains (air, space, cyber) to assist the government with technical assessments, strategic planning, and engineering evaluations. This position will be located in the Washington DC area with frequent US travel. Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to: Assist system engineers in developing aircraft survivability specifications. Assess and review aircraft survivability specifications. Assist in the development of aircraft survivability test plans. Review test data from survivability test and evaluation. Provide performance assessments. Support the development of survivability support subsystems that enhance aircraft maintainability. Work with contractors and government engineering and test personnel. Qualifications: Requirements: 20+ years of specialty experience demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of all technical aspects related to aircraft survivability (e.g., visual, audio, infrared, and radio frequency). Experience with recent significant systems engineering experience in the design, development, and testing of processes, technology, and subsystems related to aircraft survivability. Specific knowledge of classified test and evaluation capabilities used to develop advanced aircraft characteristics. Desired Requirements: Experience around Fixed-wing aircrew (pilot of NFO). Diversity of DoD experience (USN, USMC, and/or USAF). LO background. Knowledge of acquisitions. Weapons School. Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
