Senior Multifamily Strategy Consultant

Fannie Mae is seeking a highly skilled Multifamily Strategy Lead Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Multifamily Strategy and Impact team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of strategic plans for Fannie Mae's multifamily business.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business partners to identify emerging strategic challenges and opportunities, and develop effective solutions to drive business growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead team members in activities that support the strategic goals and vision for business units and/or the enterprise, including strategy development, strategic plan formulation, and execution of business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage project teams and stakeholders to advance business initiatives, and collaborate with management to identify resources to support strategic goals and new initiatives.
- Business Development: Assist in preparing communications and presentations for the Board and Fannie Mae Senior Leadership, and work with business partners to develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Experience: 4 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in strategic planning, business development, and team leadership.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather accurate information to explain complex concepts and answer critical questions. Proficient in graphical representation of information, with experience using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree in Business Administration or Management Consulting a plus.
