Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Multifamily Commercial Real Estate Risk Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks that may impact our reputation, safety, security, and financial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of risk management professionals in identifying and assessing potential risks to the enterprise.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to communicate and implement risk management strategies.
  • Manage and monitor risk-related processes and reporting to ensure effective risk management.
  • Document and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 6 years of experience in risk management, preferably in the multifamily commercial real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with risk assessment and management tools and techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience with risk management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
