Facilities Operations Coordinator


As a vital member of the Rich Music Inc. team, this role is dedicated to managing company facilities while ensuring a secure and safe atmosphere for all employees and visitors. This is achieved through diligent monitoring and oversight of the premises and personnel.


Key Responsibilities

The following duties are essential to this position and may be adjusted as necessary. Depending on specific assignments, the employee may engage in a variety of the following tasks:

  • Ensure safety and security by regularly patrolling the property; overseeing surveillance systems, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and managing entry permissions.
  • Mitigate losses and damages by identifying irregularities; communicating policies and procedures to violators; and restricting unauthorized individuals.
  • Oversee parking compliance at designated locations, verbally addressing violations and following up with management on persistent issues.
  • Maintain operational standards by monitoring and adjusting building and equipment controls.
  • Support team objectives by achieving related outcomes as required.
  • Manage interactions with external vendors while on-site as directed by management.
  • Assist senior management with administrative tasks, including running company errands, procuring supplies, and handling deliveries.
  • Support inventory management for company facilities, including tracking equipment usage and availability.
  • Respond to emergency situations in accordance with established preparedness protocols.
  • Maintain a consistent presence at the assigned location during regular working hours.

Additional Responsibilities

In addition to the primary functions, this position may require the employee to perform various supportive tasks, with the time allocated to each determined by management based on specific needs:

  • Participate in relevant company meetings related to assigned projects and provide timely updates to management.
  • Stay informed about safety and security industry trends to offer suggestions for enhancements.
  • Complete incident reports accurately and promptly.
  • Enforce facility rules and regulations.
  • Conduct monthly safety inspections in accordance with OSHA standards.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.
