Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Scheduler to join our team at Global Channel Management, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing facility service requests, scheduling contractors, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Request Management: Manage routine and emergency service requests for both daily incoming and after-hours calls and emails.
- Work Order Creation: Create work orders for all service requests, PMs, routine repairs, and corrective action work.
- Scheduling and Dispatching: Schedule and dispatch contractors and team members.
- Debriefing and Communication: Debrief tradesmen and team members after completion of each call and respond to all messages left overnight, including emergencies.
- Workload Forecasting: Maintain the schedules for Preventative Maintenance, Corrective, and Reactive work orders and forecast workload for 30 days out.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum associate's degree in business administration or a related field; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 5 years minimum of related experience required.
- Skills: Strong time management, leadership, and organizational skills; ability to identify and prioritize multiple service requests/projects and perform work with a constant awareness of improving processes.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS); proficiency in Procore Systems, Estimating Tools, and Invoicing for Services Rendered.
Work Environment:
This is a non-remote position.
