Executive Assistant Program Leader

Wayfair is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Enterprise Leadership team, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our senior leaders, manage the day-to-day activities of the Corporate Travel program, and lead the Executive Assistant program.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Administrative Officer and Chief People Officer in their daily activities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of time
- Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international, and manage business expenses
- Provide logistical support for large in-office events, including Investor meetings and employee holiday parties
- Interact with key internal and external contacts, investors, and other C-level individuals in a professional manner
- Set global corporate travel policy and make recommendations on business process efficiency
- Manage travel and travel payments vendors, and ensure smooth day-to-day travel booking and traveler support
- Act as a point person for visiting executives and large corporate investors
- Coach and mentor Executive Assistants in achieving their long-term career goals
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7+ years of experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff, or other business operations role, including at least 5 years as a manager
- Experience working with multiple leaders at once
- Demonstrable success in talent development and growing direct reports into expanded or new roles
- Ability to be assertive and give push-back as needed
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong planning and forward-thinking capabilities
- Advanced proficiency in Google Enterprise Suite tools
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Extremely high level of discretion pertaining to confidential information
