About the Opportunity

The Corporate and Executive Learning Practice at Northeastern University is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to lead the development and execution of complex corporate learning and executive programs. As a key member of the Practice, you will work closely with clients, faculty, and internal stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality executive programs that meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute complex corporate learning and executive programs that meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Work closely with clients, faculty, and internal stakeholders to design and deliver high-quality executive programs.
  • Manage program execution and provide necessary training and support to new program managers and student support.
  • Oversee and interpret financial reporting systems for individual programs in their portfolio.
  • Manage the reconciling of program budgets and contribute to the overall financial oversight and mission of the department.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of related experience or previously demonstrated experience.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • MBA in business, or advanced degree in education or related field preferred.
  • Curiosity and interest in business trends, business education, and workplace learning a must.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a client-driven or service-driven environment.
  • Consultative influencing, or sales experience, preferred.
  • Previous experience in university-based executive education, or in-house corporate learning a plus.
