Strategic Marketing Program Coordinator:

If so, consider joining our expanding marketing team at Allied Onesource. In this engaging position, you will be instrumental in defining our brand story across various divisions.

You will take on diverse responsibilities, from developing internal communications to executing marketing campaigns and evaluating their effectiveness. Additionally, you will support the production of impactful marketing collateral.

We seek an individual skilled in utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management systems, and ideally some graphic design applications.

Strong project management capabilities and the ability to perform well under pressure are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Marketing Initiatives:
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for a range of marketing projects across our organization.

Develop Comprehensive Strategies:
Collaborate with leadership to formulate and implement both short-term and long-term marketing strategies.

Encourage Team Collaboration:
Promote effective communication and teamwork between the Marketing department and other areas of the company.

Content & Brand Steward:
Supervise content development and ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms.

Industry & Partner Knowledge:
Stay updated on market trends and maintain relationships with external partners.

Drive Outcomes & Communication:
Guarantee clear expectations, effective communication, and successful project execution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in marketing best practices, project management software, and MS Office Suite.
US work authorization required, with potential travel of up to 20%.

Salary: 75,000-92,000
