This position demands a strategic mindset, outstanding project management capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, superior writing skills, and a passion for achieving results in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing and communication projects that align with SBM's strategic goals and resonate with target audiences, driving client satisfaction and advocacy.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations, HR, Finance, and Transitions, to gather insights, pinpoint opportunities, and craft tailored marketing narratives that foster client engagement and retention.
  • Produce compelling content and collaborate with design resources to ensure that projects meet SBM's high standards.
  • Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Lead content development initiatives by partnering with account management teams to establish storylines and positioning for existing clients.
  • Leverage data-driven insights and analytics, along with customer feedback, to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify improvement areas, and refine strategies to enhance client engagement and advocacy.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, client developments, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable recommendations and insights for storyline enhancement.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing project management, ideally within the facilities services or a related sector.
  • Demonstrated success in executing impactful marketing projects and initiatives that drive business growth and enhance client engagement and advocacy.
  • Proficient in developing engaging content and persuasive copy from outlines.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects concurrently, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Comfortable conducting meetings in-person or virtually with all organizational levels, adept at scheduling and leading discussions.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-oriented approach, capable of utilizing metrics and analytics to drive results and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborative team player with robust interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
