The Strategic Marketing Project Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Marketing Solutions and will be instrumental in implementing marketing and communication strategies to bolster SBM's operational portfolio. The ideal candidate will oversee a variety of projects, initiatives, and campaigns designed to promote SBM's service excellence, enhance client advocacy, and stimulate organic business growth. This position demands a strategic mindset, outstanding project management capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, superior writing skills, and a passion for achieving results in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing and communication projects that align with SBM's strategic goals and resonate with target audiences, driving client satisfaction and advocacy.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations, HR, Finance, and Transitions, to gather insights, pinpoint opportunities, and craft tailored marketing narratives that foster client engagement and retention.
- Produce compelling content and collaborate with design resources to ensure that projects meet SBM's high standards.
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle, from planning and resource allocation to execution, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Lead content development initiatives by partnering with account management teams to establish storylines and positioning for existing clients.
- Leverage data-driven insights and analytics, along with customer feedback, to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify improvement areas, and refine strategies to enhance client engagement and advocacy.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, client developments, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable recommendations and insights for storyline enhancement.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing project management, ideally within the facilities services or a related sector.
- Demonstrated success in executing impactful marketing projects and initiatives that drive business growth and enhance client engagement and advocacy.
- Proficient in developing engaging content and persuasive copy from outlines.
- Strong project management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects concurrently, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Comfortable conducting meetings in-person or virtually with all organizational levels, adept at scheduling and leading discussions.
- Strategic thinker with a data-oriented approach, capable of utilizing metrics and analytics to drive results and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborative team player with robust interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
