Overview:

Bankhead and Firth Orthodontics is on the lookout for a proactive Senior Marketing Coordinator to assist our orthodontic practice in achieving its marketing goals. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility and fostering patient referrals.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with innovative ideas and a strong ability to think outside the box. This position requires travel between our various locations and active participation in community outreach programs, in-office marketing initiatives, and support for our social media presence.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute as a vital member of the leadership team at Bankhead and Firth Orthodontics.
  • Ensure prompt responses to incoming patient inquiries.
  • Manage relationships with referring doctors.
  • Assist in creating digital content for social media and online advertising.
  • Organize and execute community events to attract new patients.
  • Support in-office marketing strategies and manage marketing supplies.
  • Handle sponsorship requests efficiently.
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and team members on patient promotions and community activities.
  • Oversee in-office marketing efforts to recognize and celebrate our team.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Canva.
  • Familiarity with all social media platforms.
  • Capability to produce high-quality social media content aligned with our brand.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in business-to-business marketing or sales is preferred.
