JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the design and execution of promotional initiatives and sales events aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sales growth. Provides support to the Field Marketing Manager through leadership, guidance, and mentoring of the brand ambassador team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in the rollout of marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the organization's overall sales and marketing objectives.
- Works closely with field marketing teams to improve retail performance and sales momentum, focusing on third-party retailers.
- Manages logistics for sales promotions and actively represents brand interests.
- Creates effective strategies for distributing promotional materials to clients.
- Evaluates and monitors the effectiveness of sales promotions.
- Provides support to staff in navigating complex tasks.
- Organizes work schedules and assigns specific responsibilities to team members.
- Handles Human Resources and Employee Relations matters, payroll, and administrative tasks within the designated area.
- Oversees the performance of Brand Ambassadors to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Schedules field teams for market activities.
- Facilitates onboarding and training for new field representatives.
- Manages Team Leads effectively.
- Addresses crisis situations as they arise.
- Regularly supervises and directs the work of other team members.
- Recommends personnel decisions related to hiring, promotions, and separations with significant influence.
- Manages daily operations of a specific team within the department.
- Exhibits discretion and independent judgment in managing team tasks and challenges.
- Primarily engaged as a supervisor, contributing to management by assisting in employee training, assigning job duties, and participating in personnel status decisions while adhering to established policies and regulations.

- 3+ years of experience (Level 1) or 5+ years of experience (Level 2).

- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Availability for on-site operations Monday through Friday.
- Work is project and objective-oriented, requiring flexibility for weekends and holidays as needed.
- Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
- Able to stand for up to 4 hours at a time.
- Ability to work in varying temperature environments.
- Capable of standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, and twisting for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or move 10 lbs. to a height of at least 5 feet and carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
- Must be able to navigate each department within the organization's facilities.
