Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Branch Sales Leader to join our dynamic team.
Compensation: $70,000-$90,000
POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Branch Sales Leader, you will oversee the branch operations and take charge of all aspects of the branch's financial performance. Your role will involve collaborating with senior management to enhance sales, recruit and nurture talent, and optimize operational processes. You will also manage daily functions such as logistics, procurement, and inventory oversight to ensure the branch's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulating and implementing a sales strategy within the local market to achieve and surpass business objectives
- Showcasing exceptional sales performance on a daily basis
- Inspiring and guiding your team effectively
- Growing the current customer base and exploring new avenues for sales expansion
- Leveraging proprietary technology to enhance sales and drive operational efficiency
- Mentoring and developing team members to exceed their personal goals
In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, this individual will be accountable for any other tasks as assigned.
