This role provides an exciting opportunity to engage directly with customers on the sales floor while collaborating with your team to enhance sales performance.
In your capacity as the Retail Operations Leader, you will mentor and oversee a team comprising Assistant Retail Leaders, Sales Leads, and Sales Associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Embrace a vibrant store culture filled with enthusiasm for our brand, where team members excel as exceptional brand ambassadors.
- Strive to surpass individual and store sales objectives by forging genuine connections with our customers.
- Seize opportunities to exceed commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), setting new benchmarks for success.
- Create memorable shopping experiences that go beyond expectations by showcasing excellent product knowledge and fostering brand loyalty.
- Inspire and coach the sales team, promoting accountability for both individual and store performance, while providing real-time feedback to empower the team in achieving their KPI goals.
- Build lasting customer relationships by engaging authentically and nurturing connections that extend beyond transactions.
- Expand your network and inspire the recruitment of top talent for Pandora, including Assistant Retail Leaders, Sales Associates, and Sales Leads.
- Collaborate with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resources team to identify and address any performance challenges and policy adherence.
- Utilize your expertise in talent management, brand representation, operations, and customer experience to ensure the effective implementation of visual merchandising standards, streamlined operational processes, and ongoing talent development.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A proven track record as a results-driven leader with 3-5 years of experience as a Retail Operations Leader in a high-performance sales environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating a sense of care.
- The ability to engage and captivate an audience, connecting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills that lead to positive outcomes.
- A talent for recruiting, retaining, and developing outstanding teams, with a focus on succession planning and internal mobility.
- Proficiency in general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point of sale systems.
- Eligibility to work and a minimum age of 18 years.
- A willingness to embrace a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- The physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift over 50 pounds.
