Job Title: HR Operations Coordinator

Classification: Non-exempt

Reports to: VP of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute clerical and administrative functions to facilitate HR operations and initiatives.
  • Conduct routine data entry, generate reports, and perform audits to maintain the integrity of employee information within HRIS platforms.
  • Support the execution of essential HR processes including onboarding, recruitment, separations, retirements, time management, and the implementation of programs related to benefits, compensation, and performance evaluation.
  • May oversee additional HR systems utilized for time tracking, performance assessment, and training management.
Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Data Entry and Keyboarding
  • Strong focus on Data Quality
  • Effective Employee Data Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policy Administration
  • Understanding of HR Regulatory Compliance
  • Operations Support Skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS
Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
Supervisory Responsibility: None

Work Environment:

  • This position operates within a professional office setting. The role frequently utilizes standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
Physical Requirements:

  • The employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
