Job Title: HR Operations Coordinator

Classification: Non-exempt

Reports to: VP of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to facilitate HR operations and initiatives.
  • Conduct routine data entry, generate reports, and perform audits to maintain the integrity of employee information within HRIS platforms.
  • Assist in executing fundamental HR processes including onboarding, recruitment, separations, retirements, timekeeping, and the implementation of programs related to benefits, compensation, and performance management.
  • May oversee additional HR systems utilized for time tracking, performance evaluations, and training management.
Required Skills:

  • Proficient in Data Entry and Keyboarding
  • Strong focus on Data Quality
  • Effective Employee Data Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policy Administration
  • Understanding of HR Regulatory Environment and Compliance
  • Capable of Operations Support
  • Familiarity with HRIS
Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
Supervisory Responsibility: None

Work Environment:

  • This position is situated in a professional office setting. Standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines are routinely used.
Physical Requirements:

  • The employee may occasionally need to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. Lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds may be required on occasion.
