We are seeking a skilled Fiber Design Specialist to join our team at NextGen Global Resources. As a Fiber Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and drawings using CAD software, specifically Bentley MicroStation and AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and draft detailed drawings and plans using CAD software.
- Update and create documents using Microsoft Excel.
- Translate verbal and written instructions into CAD designs.
- Organize layouts of plans, details, and units within the CAD software.
- Ensure designs comply with company standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain strong relationships with team members and clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Bentley MicroStation/AutoCAD is preferred; experience with SpatialNET is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
