Lease-Up and Administrative Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Lease-Up and Administrative Specialist to join our team at Careerbuilder-US. This key role is responsible for managing the lease-up process for new construction and renovations, while providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our property management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lease-up process for new construction and renovations, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, database management, and document preparation.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of housing software, particularly Yardi, and electronic filing systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience in LIHTC leasing and lease-up, with a strong understanding of multifamily property management.
  • Proficiency in housing software, particularly Yardi, and electronic filing systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
