Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: $18 - $23 per hour plus monthly bonuses ranging from $500 to $1000

Work Schedule:
35 hours per week, including:
  • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 7 am - 7 pm
  • Wednesday: 8:30 am - 9 pm
  • 3-day weekends off

Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel to attend approximately four seminars per year and participation in about five weekends for marketing events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Educate potential patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and a healthy lifestyle.
  • Assist healthcare professionals in assessing the spinal health of patients.
  • Support the evaluation of patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
  • Guide and inform patients to help them achieve optimal health and wellness.
  • Document evidence of spinal issues and the necessity for care.
  • Conduct evaluations and consultations related to weight management.
  • Maintain high standards of performance and consistency in job duties.
  • Support team members in meeting their financial objectives.
  • Handle customer service inquiries, including answering calls and scheduling appointments as needed.

Physical Requirements:
This role is highly active and requires the ability to stand for extended periods.
