Customer Support Liaison Specialist

Job Description
Talent Software Services is seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and mail.
- Meet performance metrics such as call length and daily call volume.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and business partners to resolve customer issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs for new team members.
- Pursue ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry regulations, software systems, and best practices.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 6 months work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in PC applications and software systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
Salary Range
$50,000 - $60,000 per year
