We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team on a short-term assignment in Rochester, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Correspond with internal partners, clients, and insurance carriers via email queue.
  • Leverage COBRA knowledge to answer questions and resolve complex problems.
  • Meet individual metrics for the position, including answering calls and responding to emails within designated timeframes.
  • Input and maintain documentation related to COBRA, ensuring compliance with service agreements.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, participants, carriers, and internal partners.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree preferred; 1 year of insurance-related experience and knowledge of the industry's customer service and billing processes is a plus.
