We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide top-notch administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for sorting and distributing incoming mail, reviewing and responding to correspondence, handling phone calls and visitors, coordinating meetings and travel, maintaining office filing systems, and more.

Salary: $40.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Review and respond to correspondence
  • Handle phone calls and visitors
  • Coordinate meetings and travel
  • Maintain office filing systems
  • Act as liaison among staff, other employees, and the public
  • Operate equipment and software to produce documents
  • Data entry into Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word documents

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
  • Experience answering phones
