Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Tri City Rentals. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for coordinating resident services and maintenance repairs. This is a full-time opportunity with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate and manage maintenance repairs and work orders to ensure prompt resolution of resident issues.
  • Maintain a positive attitude that supports team performance and productivity.
  • Effectively communicate with residents, supervisors, and co-workers to provide exceptional service.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to remain calm and composed in busy situations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data base programs (Yardi experience a plus).
  • Valid NYS driver's license.
