Job Overview

MRINetwork Jobs is on the lookout for a proactive and results-oriented OEM Account Executive to enhance our client's OEM clientele. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in initiating contact and securing meetings, playing a vital role in discovering, qualifying, and finalizing new business ventures across various industries including construction, agriculture, transportation, marine, and material handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and actively pursue new OEM sales prospects that align with the ideal customer profile.
  • Formulate and implement strategic sales initiatives to penetrate targeted markets and meet sales objectives.
  • Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at different levels within client organizations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments (supply chain, engineering, quoting) to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to effectively convey value propositions.
  • Prepare precise sales forecasts, reports, and customer account strategies.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and customer requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in OEM sales, ideally within sectors such as construction, agriculture, transportation, marine, and material handling.
  • Thorough understanding of assembled hose systems and their applications.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing capabilities.
  • Ability to foster rapport and trust at all organizational levels.
  • Self-driven, results-focused, and a collaborative team member.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% overnight.
  • Must be located near a major airport.
