  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP. Experience working with financial software and ERP systems, Viewpoint Vista preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
