Position Summary and Objective
As a Regional Account Executive for Global Guardian Asset Security, you will lead the sales efforts for our full range of services across corporate, government, and family clients within a designated region. This role offers a significant opportunity for personal and professional growth, whereby you will manage all client accounts, including fixed and mobile assets, channel partners, and third-party Global Security Operations Centers (GSOCs). Your role is pivotal in ensuring clients receive responsive support, clear communication, and practical solutions tailored to their security needs.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of Global Guardian's service offerings, culture, and competitive advantages.
- Identifying and pursuing sales leads to promoting Global Guardian's services.
- Create compelling presentations highlighting Global Guardian's services and unique value propositions.
- Expand service offerings to existing clients through upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing to create graphic assets, collateral materials, and customized proposals.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and foster business growth.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and business contracts for clients.
- Work closely with marketing and account management to optimize proposal processes and drive efficiency.
- Generate profitable revenue and create value for clients
Competencies and Attributes
- Excellent verbal and written communication; second language skills preferred.
- Demonstrated experience developing relationships on assignments.
- Maintaining composure with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public under urgency and pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Demonstrated expertise in presenting to and influencing the decisions of customers.
- Ability to write technical documentation, interpret technical instructions, and create concise presentations.
Qualifications and Education
- 5+ years of service-based selling, such as remote guarding, access control monitoring, remote concierge, or global security operation centers (GSOC).
- 10+ years of experience in federal, state, or local law enforcement, intelligence, military, or business development within the private sector security industry preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree is preferable.
- Experience with national accounts and underwriters risk construction preferred.
- Experience traveling to sites and maintaining reliable transportation methods.
Position Type and Schedule
- Regular Full-Time (RFT).
- 24/7 availability to the client while on a task.
- It may require domestic and international travel.
- Flexible shift schedule when needed.
