Job Title: Business Development Flight Manager

Join Spartan School of Aeronautics as a Business Development Flight Manager and play a key role in driving student growth with high schools, community organizations, and strategic B2B partnerships.

Job Summary

As a Business Development Flight Manager, you will work as a representative at Spartan for community events, assist in driving student growth, and champion Spartan College and Spartan unaccredited pathways. You will provide support at events, coordinate marketing tactics, and provide program information and individualized assistance to potential students and their parents on matters related to enrollment and the admissions process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a scalable volume of new student inquiries for partnership pathways and pass those leads to the internal admissions team to enroll them into a college program or if appropriate, enrolling them into an unaccredited pathway.
  • Generate new student inquiries through distinct channels, including local high schools, community events, partner events, and partner marketing campaigns.
  • Provide basic information and routine advice, guidance, and assistance to students and parents attending events using established procedures and policies on available programs and eligibility requirements.
  • Accurately account for all inquiries and the admissions activity associated with all inquiries.
  • Ensure that all pre-start paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Keep all required reports current and accurate, including information stored in the system.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associates required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Experience working in marketing, partnership development, and/or case management.
  • Driven, with a high sense of urgency to meet established goals.
  • Proven ability to utilize technical and analytical aptitude in a working environment.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator.
  • Proficient in Excel, with demonstrated ability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis if needed.
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details.
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to meet multiple objectives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
