Job Overview

Adecco is collaborating with a client to find a Talent Acquisition Leader. This position offers an opportunity to innovate and implement effective HR strategies in a dynamic environment. Ideal for a detail-oriented professional.

The Talent Acquisition Leader will oversee HR-related matters within their designated branches. This role will emphasize the importance of human resources in enhancing business operations and minimizing risks. The individual will also focus on guiding, mentoring, and developing management teams to improve operational efficiency. This position is essential in transforming the HR approach from a reactive, employee relations focus to a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented partnership that plays a vital role in the organization. The objective is to empower branch management teams to become more effective leaders and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and address business initiatives, challenges, and opportunities within the branch.
  • Manage daily HR operations, understanding employee backgrounds, strengths, and areas for development.
  • Handle employee relations issues as needed, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation.
  • Act as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries, providing guidance on payroll, benefits, and policies.
  • Contribute to talent assessment and development initiatives for managers and supervisors.
  • Identify training needs for the branch, such as leadership development and compliance training.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Familiarity with various HR specializations, including Total Rewards and Talent Management.
  • 3+ years of experience managing employee relations, including sensitive investigations while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with effective communication and motivational abilities.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training content.
  • Proficiency with HR software such as UKG and Kronos.
  • Experience managing temporary staff.
  • Background in high-volume distribution, manufacturing, or technical services is a plus.

Educational Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
