**Job Description:** As a Regional Sales Executive at Chroma Technology Corp, you will be responsible for sales activities within a defined geographic region. Your primary responsibility will be to establish, develop, and maintain distribution networks within your territory.

You will also provide training and support to distributors within your territory, monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities, manage direct sales of product within your territory, and establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** A degree in life sciences or technical discipline related to imaging is required. You should have 3+ years of experience in the field of life science imaging sales, preferably including both distribution and direct customer sales.

Experience setting up and working with advanced imaging systems is also essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, analyze and resolve problems, and work effectively with all individuals/groups within the organization are also required.
