Sales and Training Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Training Manager to join our team at Club Pilates. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales revenue, managing staff, and providing training on sales processes.
Responsibilities- Lead generation and sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Manage staff schedules and coordinate with vendors to ensure accurate inventory counts
- Supervise Sales Representatives and provide training on sales processes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
- 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with ClubReady software and proficiency with computers
This position offers a competitive base salary, commission on sales, and opportunities for bonuses based on performance. Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000. Benefits include 401(k), employee discount, flexible schedule, health insurance assistance, and paid time off.
