Sales and Marketing Position

We are seeking a driven Territory Account Manager to join our team at Brilliant Equipment Services.

As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our outreach and driving engagement with electrical contractors across North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Territory Management:
    • Cold call and connect with electrical contractors within the NC, SC, TN, and VA territory to introduce our company.
    • Set your own appointments for in-person meetings with prospective and existing contractors.
    • Maintain an organized schedule to maximize efficiency and coverage of the territory.
  • Relationship Development:
    • Conduct in-person meetings with contractors to showcase our products and services, including circuit breakers, panelboards, switchgear, and related electrical supplies.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for contractors in the assigned territory.
  • Lead Generation:
    • Promote our products and services to drive inbound quote requests via phone, email, or our e-commerce platform.
    • Assist contractors in understanding our product offerings and navigating our website.
  • Performance Tracking:
    • Gather feedback from contractors to identify trends and opportunities for product or service improvements.
    • Track outreach efforts, meeting outcomes, and key performance metrics.
    • Provide regular reports on activities, progress, and results.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging.
    • Share insights from the field to help refine marketing and outreach efforts.

Annual Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
