The Account Manager for the North America Process Solutions Team is a critical role that involves selling complex technical products and services to diverse biotech, healthcare, and diagnostics organizations in a territory spanning MD, PA, and NJ.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and networking
  • Develop territory strategy and plan for execution
  • Organize product presentations and demonstrations and explain technical details to customers, in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Collaborate with technology managers and other business partners to stay updated on product details
  • Enable technical support and solutions to clients during the sales process
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals, both internally and externally
  • Manage business opportunities, negotiate pricing and close sales deals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and provide post-sale support as needed
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in bioprocessing sciences, chemical or biochemical engineering, biology, chemistry, or similar discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences industry

$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This role does not offer sponsorship for work authorization. External applicants must be eligible to work in the US.
