We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Training program at Enterprise Holdings. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in various aspects of our business, including customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
Our program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our business and equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in a management role. You will receive hands-on training, mentoring, and support from experienced professionals, as well as the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers and colleagues.
As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and developing your skills in areas such as finance, operations, and marketing. You will also have the opportunity to work on various projects and initiatives, and contribute to the growth and success of our business.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about learning and development, and who are eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and generate sales
- Develop skills in areas such as finance, operations, and marketing
- Work on various projects and initiatives

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of six months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years
- No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past five years (DUI/DWI)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
