Account Executive Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Responsive Technology Partners. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target, and pursue net-new business opportunities to expand the customer base within a designated market.
  • Proactively seek out potential clients through cold calling, networking, industry events, and other prospecting strategies.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement with potential clients to drive deals forward.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, effectively positioning Responsive Technology Partners' IT services and solutions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform and optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and service agreements that address client needs while aligning with company offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to interface with the technical team.
  • Windows 10/11 experience.
  • MS Office and other standard office applications experience.
  • Microsoft Office 365.
  • Understanding of computer network configuration LAN, WAN, Wireless technical configuration is not required.
  • MSP or technology field experience is preferred.
