Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Client Relationship Advisor to become a vital part of our Private Banking division. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of essential functions, including:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing all Premier Wealth Management support initiatives, special projects, and internal compliance measures.
  • Facilitating training for new account operations and loan processing.
  • Acting as the primary contact between Premier Wealth Management teams, Branch Administration, Compliance, and other banking departments.
  • Managing both standard and intricate residential and commercial loan processes.
  • Engaging with current and potential clients to discuss products and services, ensuring their needs are adequately addressed.
  • Collecting loan applications for underwriting and documentation, as well as finalizing loan agreements.
  • Conducting thorough reviews and audits of loan documentation for precision and completeness, with necessary follow-ups.
  • Performing cash handling and deposit responsibilities as required.
  • Executing additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a High School diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in private or executive banking, including regular client interactions, or related fields. A college degree coupled with 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Essential skills include:

  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, procedures, and exceptional customer service.
  • Capability to manage all facets of relationship management and independently handle loan input and file management.
  • Proactive client engagement with refined analytical skills and service excellence.
  • Familiarity with lending regulations and common office software.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
